DJ&F has long had a very dedicated "life long" automotive/motor sports driven female on board. Having had a very well rounded history beginning as an infant watching her father race at the tracks, and learning to enjoy and trouble shoot a vehicle …that's Lesa Collins.

Lesa Collins' family has raced everything in the "modified" classes from race cars to snowmobiles, Dirt bikes to go karts. This lady is as at home behind the wheel as any male enthusiast, but beyond that - she knows what today's female enthusiast wants and needs to enjoy their ride and be part of the automotive demographic.

Ladies want horsepower, style and respect from their male counterparts and this young woman is able to communicate and represent your products/services to a virtually untapped market of today's "independent" women.

Automotive and motor sports are no longer simply a mans sport, we have women professionally racing in the Top Fuel, NASCAR, Indy car, IRL Off-Road, USAC, Tuner classes, as well as Motocross and Sport Bikes. Lesa, at DJ&F knows what drives these women and what these women drive, and she's eager to encourage additional awareness, acceptance and growth in this market for the ladies.

Her managment background in both Operations and Brand Marketing ranges from Nutritional and Sports Supplements to Automotive Aftermarket. Lesa's knowledge, in the Sporting and Motorsports Markets, from campaign launching to product distribution, she is certainly a value to our team. She has additional talents and education in art, graphic design, media marketing and photo journalism.

She enjoys marketing and interacting at events and in the enthusiast communities, with whatever the target age group. Her creativity in generating awareness in any market is refreshing.
